TriviaEdit

  • The film was shot in 3 states over the course of 14 days.
  • Due to financial and logistical deadlines the Producers were forced to shoot the film during the winter, making outdoor shooting conditions extremely uncomfortable, with the exception of desert locations, which were unusually perfect.
  • Leila Hashemzadeh was originally cast to play the role of Milla and shot promotional photos as the character, however on the day of shooting her scene the Producers received a call from her letting them know she was regrettably stuck out of town. She was replaced with actress Annie Body.
  • Jennifer Washick was originally cast to play the role of Natasha, however during the winter shoot she caught the flu. To stay on schedule the Producers were forced to replace her with actress Antoinette Abbott.
  • Director Randolph Scott met Antoinette Abbott during a promotional photo shoot for the film and asked her to play Natasha. She agreed to play the part if in addition to her fee she was given Cara Loft's black pants at the end of the shoot.
  • Originally the Producers intended to shoot an extended fight sequence and love scene near the African mud pit, however the extremely cold temperatures and loss of sunlight caused Producer Roland Lanza to suggest shooting a dream sequence inside the cabin they had rented at the remote location instead.
  • During filming the African portion of the film a freak rainstorm causing flash floods and mudslides forced half the cast and crew to remain trapped overnight at the remote location. Back in Los Angeles the traveling storm destroyed a three-story tall cave set intended for the Himalayan portion of the film. Under a tight schedule the Producers were forced to rebuild the set in a day inside the living room of a house.
  • Actress Lauren Hays refused to record her ADR (additional dialogue replacement) for the film so the Producers were forced to loop her entire part with the voice of another actress. However her voice can still be heard off screen on portions of the film's "behind-the-scenes" featurette.
  • Singer/Actress Dana Christine Robbins, the vocalist hired to sing the film's song "I'll Be Waiting" was later a featured contestant on the CBS television show Rock Star: INXS.
  • The title of the film is a reference to three womb idols of creation the characters are trying to obtain from hidden sites around the world.
